Spin dryer
The spin dryer has been particularly designed for the drying of small parts in wire mesh baskets.
The maximum speed depends upon the sensitivity of the parts.
Advantages of a drying unit with spin function:
- Very short drying cycles facilitating spotless drying.
- High air flow volume, therefore less heating energy required.
- For delicate parts, the speed can be adjusted to a minimum.
- Due to the performance regulation of the blower, gentle drying of very light parts is possible.
- Drying results are reproducible, due to various freely-adjustable parameters.
- Parts cleaned with aqueous cleaning agents or cold cleaners (VbF A-III) can be dried.
